If we hope to believe that God is good them, we must address the very word "good." Before we speak or believe in anything we must define the words we use. Good is much too relative of a word to be used without serious consideration, and if we wish to believe in a "Good God" we must be clear. If you are a criminal your definition of good may be a successful robbery, and if you are a General in a war, it may be killing more people than your opponent. If you are you, maybe "Good" is a nicer car, bigger house, or better-looking partner. On this channel you will find a playlist called Bible Story, this is a series that I recommend for you to watch so you may understand why our Judeo-Christian faith was created, and how it has affected western civilization. Christianity believes God is Unknowable, yet the objective is to know God. How can you know something unknowable? There is a solution, but first can we agree on a definition: “There is only one God, God embodies goodness, perfection, and wisdom, and is the creator and ruler of the universe.” But the Old Testament says there are other Gods, and what about Satan. We could say there is just one God, and no Satan, but that would conflict with scripture. Perfection, would also conflict with the Old Testament definition of a Jealous God, since we know Jealousy is a fault and therefore would make God imperfect. As you can see God can be a difficult concept to sort out, but there is a solution, so visit this channel to view the current and upcoming videos that explain the nature of God as well as prescribe a better path forward. "There is only one Unknowable God—understood through what is Good." God is approached by grasping the concept of the Good, guiding us toward wisdom and the pursuit of a life lived harmoniously in Christ. God does not command us to be wise, yet those who remain in ignorance often endure lives filled with hardship. Little can be truly known of an Unknowable God, beyond what is evident. However, God requires us to evolve from youthful innocence into wise, mature souls. Though many fall short, this journey brings us closer to the Divine. We are not born with wisdom or intelligence; we develop these qualities through experience. Along the way, we may believe in many falsehoods. Yet, intelligence and wisdom are earned through honesty, time, and effort. This is the purpose of life, as it is the only path to understanding ourselves and, in part, God. 406
God is the term we use to describe a superior being that we imagine and fear, underpinning theology and representing creation. The phenomenon of God doesn't require belief in any particular deity, as interpretations of God vary as widely as individual perspectives. Whether or not one believes in God, religions provide meaning to many lives. However, since one religion often deems others false, it can be argued that religion imparts false meaning to people's lives. Believing in God involves recognizing the vastness beyond our understanding and accepting that any purpose to our existence can only be known through faith. Unfortunately, much current faith was established without regard for truth, reason, or established theory, often propagating ignorance and facilitating enslavement. We need an interpretation of God that is based on factual understanding, adds cohesion to society, and enhances the quality of life for everyone.
Western Religion is a set of instructions, or in other words an algorithm. Instructions from a God we must fear and obey. Religion shapes our future and is responsible for our past behavior. Although God can be denied, it cannot be denied that people believe in God, nor that what people believe affects their behavior, and in turn affects you. Religion is both the problem and the solution. The realm of the unknowable increases with time, yet the unknown must be given words and form, thus we will always need some form of religion and faith to give meaning to the unknowable, call it God, or any other term we wish to call all that we cannot understand. History shows us that our religion has failed us and that we must build a more functional religion. We require a Religion that evolves with us, that is truthful, promotes intelligence, equal justice and motivates us to care for the least of us. Instead of fearing God we should embrace the unknown with inquiry and doubt. 363
Can God be jealous and insecure? "For you shall worship no other god; for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God". Exodus 34:14 Moses and the God of Moses belived in other Gods, they would not let them be worshiped, because god is jealous.. On the other hand Christians believe there is no God but One. For even if there are so-called gods whether in heaven or on earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords, yet for us there is only one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him. 1 Corinthians 4 through 6 Gnostics and many early Christians did not accept the God of Moses, they believed there was but one true God, and that the God of Moses was the Great Architect or Demiurge, a vengeful creator, a flaw of creation and therefore was not the true God. 376
SHORTThe Greek word "meta" signifies "after" or "beyond," which is why we refer to everything that can only be understood through faith as metaphysics. "God" is a universal concept across cultures and languages, pointing towards an inherent aspect of reality. Whether seen through religious lenses or philosophical inquiry, the existence of the divine sparks existential contemplation and gives meaning to many people's lives. As such, acknowledging this ubiquitous phenomenon doesn't require belief in any particular deity; rather, it reflects an appreciation for the unknowable depths of the cosmos. In essence, believing in God amounts to recognizing the vastness beyond our understanding while accepting a plausible account of humankind's significance within this mysterious and unknowable context. God along with any related theology is what is necessary to explain the absurdity of a reality that only has meaning or purpose when seen through faith, since we are unable to rely on personal experience or observation of the unknown. Mostly, God is our understanding, through faith, without due regard for natural systems or established theory. 343
SHORT unknoable-short.mp4 God created the Universe. Everything you do is made possible by the grace of God. BUT YOU DO NOT KNOW GOD. This God, whom you worship without knowing, is the one I'm telling you about. “He is the God who made the world and everything in it. Since he is Lord of heaven and earth, he doesn't live in man-made temples, and human hands can't serve his needs—for he has no needs. Acts 17 23 to 31.This was the Apostle Paul's address to the Athenian elite at the Areopagus. That GREEK God was called Agnostos, and is the Greek word for unknowable. You can not KNOW God! You are agnostic, and God is simply the cause.Be honest, you can't know if God is good or bad, maybe God is neither. "Since you can't know, don't ask God for that Mercedes, stop begging and fix this mess yourself."Stop asking God for a Mercedes Benz and focus on being a better person.
