THE ECCLESIA WAS THE FIRST CORPORATION

OT- WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT CORPORATIONS

Does the Bible talk about corporations, and what is the word Ekklesia? A legal entity that is separate from its owners, with its own rights and liabilities, just like you, but different. Socrates believed that an un-examined mind was not worth living, then the  same must apply to an un-examined society. I ask that you examine the behavior of your society, then understand what a corporation is, and how they dominate our economy. Then answer these questions: If corporations were democratic open and directly managed online by investors, would that not eliminate the crooks and tyrants behind our corporations?   Would we not then be done with, secrecy, corruption and the vast majority of social problems. I believe that we were once enslaved by Tyrants, and today our master has become the corporation.   Seek the truth, collaborate with others and build a better society for you and our children.   375

A GOD FOR THE ATHIEST

God is the term we use to describe a superior being that we imagine and fear, underpinning theology and representing creation. The phenomenon of God doesn't require belief in any particular deity, as interpretations of God vary as widely as individual perspectives. Whether or not one believes in God, religions provide meaning to many lives. However, since one religion often deems others false, it can be argued that religion imparts false meaning to people's lives. Believing in God involves recognizing the vastness beyond our understanding and accepting that any purpose to our existence can only be known through faith. Unfortunately, much current faith was established without regard for truth, reason, or established theory, often propagating ignorance and facilitating enslavement. We need an interpretation of God that is based on factual understanding, adds cohesion to society, and enhances the quality of life for everyone.

THE UNKNOWABLE GOD WE DOUBT AND DO NO NOT FEAR

Western Religion is a set of instructions, or in other words an algorithm. Instructions from a God we must fear and obey. Religion shapes our future and is responsible for our past behavior. Although God can be denied, it cannot be denied that people believe in God, nor that what people believe affects their behavior, and in turn affects you. Religion is both the problem and the solution. The realm of the unknowable increases with time, yet the unknown must be given words and form, thus we will always need some form of religion and faith to give meaning to the unknowable, call it God, or any other term we wish to call all that we cannot understand. History shows us that our religion has failed us and that we must build a more functional religion. We require a Religion that evolves with us, that is truthful, promotes intelligence, equal justice and motivates us to care for the least of us. Instead of fearing God we should embrace the unknown with inquiry and doubt. 363

EXPULSION OF THE JEWS FROM ENGLAND - Menasseh ben Israel

In 1290 King Edward expelled the Jews from England. After persecution in Portugal a Sephardic Jew, Menasseh ben Israel, came to Holland with is father, studied at the Yeshiva in Amsterdam, excelled in Talmudic studies, and was appointed to the Rabbinical Council in Amsterdam. In 1650 he sent "The Hope of Israel," a petition to the English Parliament asking for the readmission of Jews. In October 1655, he was permitted to go to Britain, and wrote "Salvation of the Jews." Oliver Cromwell then granted individual Jews the right to settle in London. He was a Cabbalist with a strong belief in the coming of the Messiah. In 1666 the son of a British cloth merchant and Cabbalist, Sabbatai Zevi would declare himself to be the Messiah, he would convert to Islam, declare sin to be holy, and immoral acts were encouraged, many Europeans would hail him as the Messiah. They would be declared heretics and go underground. 379

DOES GOD MOTIVATE COMPLEXITY

We choose our partners, have children, and pray they will grow up to be better than us. We compete for a better mate, and in one way or the other all progress is shaped by our vision of reproductive success. Our struggle to dominate motivates evolution and shapes the fabric of our civilization. Language first, then reading and writing emerge, now if you can't communicate you are less competitive. Each passing day more knowledge is required to compete. Complexity increases, with each generation, repeated generation after generation, with each step being more complex than the previous. Our epoch, place, language and civilization is imposed on us, our desire is imposed on us. Progress is pushed by sexual motivation, one generation causing the formation of the next, both causal and deterministic. Do we have free will, or is free will an illusion? 359

SEXUAL DRIVE OR FREE WILL

Who can deny we are animals? We choose our partners, have children, and pray they will grow up to be better than us. Our struggle to dominate motivates evolution and shapes the fabric of our civilization. Language first, then reading and writing emerge, now if you can't communicate you are less competitive. GNOSTIC - MARCION OF SINOPE

Marcion of Sinope was an influential early Christian Gnostic who believed that Jesus was a divine spirit who appeared in human form, but did not take on a material human body. He was born in the Black Sea region around 85 AD, and was the son of a bishop, having a thorough grounding in Christianity. He would diverge from mainstream Christianity, and establish his own Christian sect known as Marcionism. His central doctrine was based on two distinct gods: the vengeful and wrathful god of the Old Testament (whom he called the Demiurge) and the benevolent and loving god of the New Testament, whom he associated with Jesus Christ. He rejected the Hebrew Bible entirely, and around 142 AD, he compiled a list of scriptures which included a version of the Gospel of Luke, removing what he saw as Jewish influences and ten of Paul's epistles. He is considered the first person to create a Christian canon. 346

ONE JEALOUS GOD, OR ONE GOD

Can God be jealous and insecure? "For you shall worship no other god; for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God". Exodus 34:14 Moses and the God of Moses belived in other Gods, they would not let them be worshiped, because god is jealous.. On the other hand Christians believe there is no God but One. For even if there are so-called gods whether in heaven or on earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords, yet for us there is only one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him. 1 Corinthians 4 through 6 Gnostics and many early Christians did not accept the God of Moses, they believed there was but one true God, and that the God of Moses was the Great Architect or Demiurge, a vengeful creator, a flaw of creation and therefore was not the true God. 376

UP-SIDE-DOWN WORLD ACTS 17

Christianity is an ongoing process. So, why not take a little time out today and go turn the world upside down!  But the Jews became jealous, and with the help of some ruffians in the marketplaces they formed a mob and set the city in an uproar. While they were searching for Paul and Silas to bring them out to the assembly, they attacked Jason’s house. When they could not find them, they dragged Jason and some brothers and sisters before the city authorities, shouting, “These people who have been turning the world upside down have come here also,  and Jason has entertained them as guests. They are all acting contrary to the decrees of the emperor, saying that there is another king named Jesus.”  The people and the city officials were disturbed when they heard this,  and after they had taken bail from Jason and the others, they let them go.  Acts 17: 5-9   345 I

PAUL IN ROME

History is a set of lies agreed upon.' Napoleon (maybe) Nero was the final Roman emperor of the Julio-Claudian Dynasty, reigning from 54 until his death in 68 AD and the final emperor of the Julio-Claudian Dynasty. Tradition holds that the Apostle Paul was beheaded in Rome around 65 AD, with his death as part of the executions of Christians ordered by Nero following the great fire of Rome, who he blamed the Christians for starting. Critical to understanding Roman Christianity should be that the Dynasty of the Julio-Claudians will end, and that the following year Vespasian will become Roman Emperor, establishing the new Flavian Dynasty, then in 325 AD, Constantine, a Neo-Flavian will declare "IN HOC SIGNO VINCES," bring together the Council of Nicea and make Christianity the religion of the land. Were Jewish-Christian elements coconspirators in the Flavian takeover of the Roman Empire? 374
