Mycenaean transition to Carthage

Menoan 27th to 16th BCE  Bronze age
Hyksos first appeared in Egypt c.1800 BC  Hyksos brought several technical improvements to Egypt. In or about (1525BC) Amose I  (Moses) or his predisessor Amenhotep I, is the represent the origin of the exodus of these people from Egypt  these are the true fore runners of the Carthaginians and I will say the dominant culture that is what we are today, they are the result of the Jews, and the Greeks its is not the Babylonian culture as you say that is the forerunner of our culture. Of cores our culture is an amalgam of cultures from Barbarian to Babylonian, the spine of who we are is Egyptian and that Egyptian legacy was transitioned to us through the Hurrian, Hittites earlier then the Hykos through the Greeks, Persians, and  Jews and later Roman culture.
Babylṓn; Old Persian:  was an Akkadian city-state (founded in 1894 BC by an Amorite dynasty) of ancient Mesopotamia
The culture we think of as Babylon is that on the Nebuchadnezzar period 600 BC
With the recovery of Babylonian independence, a new era of architectural activity ensued, and his son Nebuchadnezzar II (604–561 BC) made Babylon into one of the wonders of the ancient world.
This period is surpassed by the Persians in 539 BC...
In 539 BC, the Neo-Babylonian Empire fell to Cyrus the Great, king of Persia, with a military engagement known as the Battle of Opis
The Phoenician culture is the start and forerunner of the Carthaginians, and during the Mycenaean 1600 1100bc age these cultures are just starting to form. They are quasi Semitic and have a common tongue. They are not Mycenaean yet trade with them, and begin to form a trading confederation between Tyre, Carthage, and other states along the Mediterranean. The Mycenaean culture is destroyed by barbarians from the north while the northern invasion is assimilated by the early Carthaginians, or the Sea peoples as they are described by the Egyptians.
By the time of the conquest of  Babylon in 539 BC The Carthaginian empire is a stable confederation of city states around the Mediterranean, This is also the time of the start of Greek and later Roman culture.  Persian is now the dominate culture and have relatively good relations with Carthage the dominate maritime culture of the western Mediterranean.  Under the new Persian dominion The Jews are returned to their state, are put in charge of Egypt and given a new version of the Bible by Ezra
It is the Carthaginians that give the Greeks the language they have, the Greeks add and improve on it.
